  The responsibilities of the Vice-Dean for Science include organizing and supervising the Faculty's research activities, including coordinating research plans, monitoring and verifying staff achievements, and supporting the development of academic staff. The Vice-Dean participates in securing research funding and, in consultation with the Dean, oversees the allocation of subsidies for research activities.The Vice-Dean also prepares and coordinates activities related to the evaluation of research activities, including the preparation of required documentation and oversight of the Faculty's scientific reporting. The Vice-Dean for Research participates in the development and updating of the Faculty's development strategy, collaborates with the relevant Vice-Rectors, performs other tasks assigned by the Dean, and assumes the responsibilities of the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs in the event of their absence.

  The primary responsibilities of the Vice-Dean for Development include organizing and improving activities aimed at ensuring the quality of education, including overseeing the work of the Quality of Education Team and monitoring the achievement of learning outcomes in individual fields and levels of study, as well as postgraduate studies.The Vice-Dean for Development is also responsible for coordinating cooperation with the socio-economic environment, domestic and international research institutions, and for developing the domestic and international mobility of research staff. A key element of their responsibilities is coordinating theFaculty's promotional activities, which serve to build the Faculty's public image and strengthen its position.

Vice-dean for Students Affairs

  The Vice-Dean for Student Affairs' responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of education and student affairs at the Faculty. Their responsibilities include coordinating the admissions process and overseeing the development, modification, and implementation of study programs, ensuring the proper organization of the course of study. The Vice-Dean also participates in the work of the Faculty Teaching Teams and oversees activities related to the evaluation of teaching courses, including surveys in the USOS system.The Vice-Dean for Student Affairs makes decisions regarding student matters arising from the Academic Regulations, considers individual student cases, and oversees student welfare and internships. Their responsibilities also include collaborating with and supervising student research groups, the student government, and coordinating domestic and international student exchange programs.In addition, the Vice-Dean oversees the preparation of teaching load sheets and staff reports, as well as the process of scheduling. These responsibilities are carried out in collaboration with the relevant Vice-Rectors and by performing other tasks assigned by the Dean.
